Sometimes you've got a tee time (or a few) but no idea who's playing. Listener invites let you open up a round to your closest friends and let availability sort itself out.

Create your round, set the number of spots, and send the invite to as many people as you want — even if there are way more invitees than spots. Your friends can see the round in their app or get a notification, and mark themselves as available.

First come, first serve

With this option, the first people to accept fill the spots. If you send an invite to 20 friends and there are 8 spots, the first 8 to tap I'm In are locked in. Anyone after that gets waitlisted automatically — so if someone drops, the next person in line moves up.

Creator's choice

Prefer to pick your group? With this option, everyone who responds gets thanked for marking their availability — but nobody is locked in right away. Once responses come in, you as the organizer can randomize who gets the spots or quietly hand-pick your group.

Either way, the players who don't make the cut are waitlisted in case a spot opens up.

Tip: This is great for larger friend groups where demand usually outpaces supply. No more messy group texts — just send the invite and let GolfApp handle the rest.
